Cancellation
Due to the original design, custom services, customers do not support the cancellation of orders 24 hours after the order is checked(no matter via live stream, email, or WhatsApp).
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns due to quality issues, we do not accept return requests for any other reasons. Although we always strive to provide the best quality products for our customers, if you'd like to request a return for a quality-related reason, please get in touch with our designated email(minidiytt@gmail.com) and include a photo or video showing the issue as proof.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at minidiytt@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof. We are not responsible for lost return packages and it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if the package gets lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
As this is an international shipment, we do not accept any form of refund request once the product has been shipped.
If the product hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us promptly at our designated email address(minidiytt@gmail.com) — we will refund all charges except the deposit.
Goods received damaged
We check goods and pack all orders very carefully, but occasionally damage can occur in transit. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged. Please forward picture(s) or video(s) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
